nixbuild.net has supported ARM builds for almost a year, for evaluation use. Now they are generally available for all nixbuild.net users! If you want to try it out, check out the docs: https://docs.nixbuild.net/arm-builds/.
ARM builds are priced as the usual x86 builds, and if you have free CPU hours available, you can use them for ARM builds too.
